Key Lime Pie Smoothie Bowl

A single-serving lime smoothie topped with granola, almonds and berries. The smoothie is thick, creamy, and reminiscent of key lime pie!

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • ½ cup Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon spreadable cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toppings
  • Granola
  • Almonds
  • Berries
  1. Blend the frozen banana, spinach leaves, yogurt, cream cheese, lime zest, lime juice and vanilla extract until smooth. For a thinner smoothie, add more yogurt or some milk.
  2. Transfer the smoothie to a bowl.
  3. Top the smoothie bowl with plenty of granola, some almonds and a few berries.
If the smoothie isn't sweet enough, stir or blend in some maple syrup, honey or sweetener of your choice.
