I know, it’s been a bazillion years since I last posted a muffin recipe. Which is really quite sad for a breakfast blog. But today I’m finally breaking the fast on muffin recipes. (Sorry, that was probably my worst use of wordplay to date).
So, do you like chocolate? Bananas? Peanut butter? Then we’re in business.
This recipe came about after I was contacted by The Oatmeal Artist with an exciting idea. I would transform one of The Oatmeal Artist’s recipes into a different breakfast. Then Lauren would take one of my (non-oatmeal) recipes and turn it into oatmeal.
